ELLE says our use of antidepressant is on the rise.
Pple can now attend laughter workshops or relaxation and meditation classes to fill the void in their lives. Just like needing canned laughter to sitcoms to encourage pple to laugh tgt.
Prolly the good fortune has got the better of us. Many of us are so busy chasing the "dream" we have forgotten how to enjoy the moment. Our over-angst is stopping us from having fun. We have lost the ability to distinguish b/w indulgence and necessity.

yay! very happy. -.-" but i'm so used to this happiness coz it happens everyday that i didnt realise i was happy abt it.
see... thats the problem.
Humans nowadays would be materialistically happy.
Buy me the Prada Phone probably i'll smile the rest of my life.

What does it say abt us -- that we're failing so abysmally in the happiness stakes, that we need coaching to enjoy life?

At work, i can still get conned.
Some fucking indian came n claim tat he's fortune teller from Sri Lanka.
Ya he foresees my fav number n flower.
But tat doesnt deserve him $30 la.
I think he learnt not onli fortune telling, hypnotising as well.
Next month never strike my numbers i'd cursed him dead!
He's causing me to eat grass now. Asshole.
